Probably the blend I drink the most out of them all. I drink this when I feel a cold coming on, or my stomach feels a bit sick or bloated from something i’ve eaten. I think it’s the combo of the ginger and the mint, but this tea help me digest and makes me feel better. I like to also cold brew it because the flavour comes out super gentle which I love.
