This one’s our go-to mocktail when we need a moment of calm in the middle of a busy day! It’s soothing, light, and seriously feels like a spa day in a glass. All you need is our new Golden Chamomile tea, a little lime, agave, and some sparkling water to bring it all together.
This mocktail is gentle on the stomach, helps calm the nervous system, and supports digestion! We love sipping this one in the evening or on a slow weekend morning. The best part is it takes just 5 minutes of hands-on time (plus a little fridge magic overnight).
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 pyramid tea bag of our Golden Chamomile tea.
- 17 oz of water.
- Fresh lime juice, to taste.
- Agave syrup, to taste.
- A handful of ice.
- Sparkling water, to top.
How to Make It:
- Steep your Golden Chamomile tea bag in 17 oz of water and let it chill in the fridge for at least 8 hours (overnight is perfect!).
- Remove the tea bag, then pour the chilled tea into a glass.
- Add a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of agave syrup (just the way you like it).
- Fill the glass with ice, top with sparkling water, and stir gently!
