🌺 Hibiscus Berry Twist Ice Cream 🍦

🌺 Hibiscus Berry Twist Ice Cream 🍦

This one’s our go-to summer dessert when we’re craving something refreshing, floral, and just a little bit fancy. It’s creamy, vibrant, and tastes like a fruity tropical breeze!

All you need is our Hibiscus Star Herbal Blend, a few ingredients, and a little freezer magic.

It’s packed with plant-powered benefits. Hibiscus is known to support heart health, digestion, and hydration while offering a natural boost of antioxidants. We love how light and tangy this ice cream is, making it the perfect summery treat!

Even better? No churning. No fuss. Just 15 minutes of prep (and a little patience while it sets)!

🍦 What You’ll Need (6 serves):

  • 1 cup strong hibiscus tea (brewed + cooled)
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • A drizzle of coconut flakes (topping)
  • A handful of berries (topping)

💫 How to Make It:

  1. Steep 2 teabags of our Hibiscus Star Herbal Blend in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Let it cool!
  2. In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This creates that dreamy, creamy texture.
  3. Fold in the cooled hibiscus tea, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Let the frozen berries thaw for about 10 minutes to soften slightly, then gently fold in 1 cup of these berries into the mixture for a fruity twist.
  5. Pour into a freezer-safe container, seal it tight, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is even better!).
  6. Bonus points if you top it with a handful of frozen berries heated in the microwave for 20–30 seconds and a drizzle of coconut flakes for a crunchy, refreshing, and naturally sweet finish. Enjoy!! 🌺
